anyways blocks is over and now its postblocks mortem. hows everyone doing? some of us may not have achieved the desired results, but no worries! the battle may have been lost but the war is yet to be won! buck up and prelims a lvls will do jus fine =D

anyways 1/2class outing was organised on friday. even though the show was crap, i hope you guys enjoyed watching Hermione Granger and the Twin Peaks with ur classmates.

hey d00ds,

While we eagerly test the chatbox's censoring prowess, we also have to prepare for tomorrow's lovely experience. Even though GP aint exactly the most pleasant of the block tests that are to come, at least you dont have to juggle equations and HOPE that they remain in their respective topics. Like. PV = nRT is in both physics and chem, and d * sine (theta) = m (lambda) is not math. Ok, maybe Im just annoyed at photocopying random strings of numbers into my neuro-hard disk, the memorizing is the siannn part.

Whatever was I gonna say. Anyways, I have chosen one of the many delightful way of prepping: reading Cracked articles. Anddd, I came across this one that bemoans the cranky issues with today's games that never seems to get fixed (tho I disagree with some, nevertheless, Cracked is just cracked, aint reading it for unbiased truth).

Ahh. Reminds me of the good old days, when Dad, in an effort to pacify me for not buying me ANY games at all, download some trial version of some dirt-motor-bike-stunts game. And all I did was to see how far I could go before I reached the edges of the map. There was this really cool experience where you try to make it up a freaking steep cliff, and beyond that is the matrix. I mean, the un-rendered portions of vast empty space where there is no more pixelated surface to drive on. Fun thing is, if you try to go further, the game catapults you at 999999 miles/second back into the playable region, so you'd never get to see the delicious goodies they kept hidden at the ends of the virtual world.

ACTUALLY. This is just to get Current $ Electricity off my mind for a while. And to push the swarm of seizure-inducing, migrating rodents further down the page. And to have the glory of posting in THE CLASS BLOG.

Thats it then. Now I can proudly proclaim that Ive done my bit in mugging for GP. What better way than to post rubbish online.

dance night ended with a blast on saturday night as we see classmates samuel "i-have-abs-and-i-showed-it-to-the-whole-audi-superflirt" ng and karlton "i-has-torchlight security guard" pang burned the floor with their moves and stuff...

this pic is really nice, i liked it alot... everyone seems so happy =).

HELLO!
class outing, was organised *rather* successfully at jonyeo's house on 11th may... the rain in the early afternooon certainly damped our feelings but not for long... we all hanged out at jonyeo's clubhouse which included a bowling alley, ktv, pool room and a function room.
surprise! zijing came along despite her injury which was (Y) man.

highlight would be the karaoke session, which jonyeo or any of us dint have any karaoke suitable cds... hueyjeen gathered his courage, and asked the neighboring ktv lounge for a cd with which we could sing with... we got this cd with this dude called 李茂生 that sung songs like some oldie... surprisingly, hueyjeen and weets turned out to be the reigning champions of ktv, with exceptional lao ahpek style of singing (esp weets). on the otherhand, we have jonyeo who make random screamo screeches, which were, unsurprisingly, bad

all in all we had a great time, photos will be uploaded by jerrold (hopefully soon).

Monday May 4th seems to be a glorious day for the class of 08S64, which, recently has been feeling quite down with the onslaught of block test 2 as well as so many ppl getting sick and away from school.

the CSM 4X400m event, the only event that our class taken part in, is held today.
Our Runners are as follows:
Koh "Speedy Xuan" ShiXuan
Sidney "Skinny Lightning" Tio
Samuel "Fast Furious Flirt" Ng
Lin "Shiyong (since all of us are S with the exception of him)" Zhiyong

Despite coming to several difficulties in competing, such as runner KSX not bringing PE attire or running shoes, Zhiyong not having any sporting pants, and an AEP lesson ongoing, we managed to get things together and started the run.

The team was lucky, for we were last to register for the race, and having what KSX dubs as the "best lane", lane 1. In awhile, KSX the first runner was launched off, getting off at a bad start due to BadMannerism by spectators. Despite that, KSX caught up and rocketed off up to 3rd placing at the 300m mark, and 2nd place when he passed the baton to Sidney.

Sidney came off with a good start, having received a smile from Louisa of 08s68 (which works wonders for the a/welfare rep), overtaking everyone else and putting a good lead infront of everyone else, passing the baton to Samuel, who maintained this 1st placing. Last runner Shiyong was up against Weijie from cross country, and despite a close fight, zhiyong carried the team to a finish, for the lead that Sidney and Samuel created was too great for even the XC runner to close. With a timing of 4:16, the 08"S"64 emerged as 4X400m champions =)

athena's 1st faculty event of 2009 has jus ended yesterday, with many surprises and fun.

i firstly, mus apologize abt the screwed up STJ, fish&co really dropped a bomb on me.
i guess i was laxed in my organisation, i forgot to call up fish&co to confirm my "reservations"

hey guys,
13th feb was proven to be a gosu day. firstoff its yixiao's birthday!!! happy 18th birthday, wishing her success in achieving her goals and dreams in life.

at night was campfire night... ahh to be j1 again~

it was a night of epicness as jnrs and snrs both got high and jumped up and shouted and sang and wtffffff... 08s64 did some crazy stuff by goin up to the 5th floor to go dance infront of the whole sch, it was crazy fun XD too bad our whole class werent dere!! where were the girls~
supper was a sad affair, we got chased out by serene centre admin =.= #*&)%@!(^#%&(^# that fat dude, talk so much until our 5mins easily gone so fast... too bad the councillors couldnt join us either =.=

i stayed back for awhile to catch up with 07s64, seems they are doing quite well!!!

Whats been on my mind lately was my awesome really nice to wear damn soft cushion slippers was STOLEN.

But whats scary is that I left my awesome nice to wear pair INSIDE the house. That freak reached in and grabbed one (maybe he couldnt reach the other and thus decided to prank me)... and arghhh.... now I have to use my old "gladiator"-ish pair that does nothing to help my soles when it comes to walking for a long distance... sucks ... it really sucks...

today. i went to sch... but i woke up late! 2 demerits =(
when i came... i went to go run.
but i run only 2 rounds. cos halfway thru i had the urge to use toilet.
haiz. wasted running session.
after running...
i went canteen with may and yixiao for breakfast! i had chicken porridge from xiao mimi.
samuel added guihua greentea into my porridge cos he emozibing abt his flirtmon alias.
but still... it tasted good!
den... i went back to the class bench... and lost to yumei at puzzle fighter (she's the queen of the hill)
den we went to canteen to get icecream!
i had green tea icecream omfg.
soo nice.
i went to do pullups, but kiahwa was dere, so i could not do as much as him =(
den... i went corronation for lunch! i had ipoh hor fun. omg so nice. i also had lemon tea! thats very nice too.
i came back for PW, which was a very fruitful session. last lesson with ms loh =(
i received feedback abt my blog posts and we took fotos =)

after that, after seeing jonyeo thrash 2v1 dota with SF, i went to follow a nameless pussy to corro to see him eat his horfun too. i had tehpeng with jelly. thats very nice too

then i came back and saw jonyeo's PotM get thrashed by Skelly Lion. Thats very sad too =(

saw marianne and jiahui play fribee. they are very good. they will become star players very very very very very soon.

then i went astons for semi dinner. ate the black pepper chicken with pasta salad and mashed potatoes. that is very nice too. i had luohan guo drink to go along with it too. thats very nice.

after that i didnt go for hcidol, but i went to work. i played, enfosX102841902841 times, hero maul, protect the girl etc. very fun =) i watched my fren play his WoW retail lvl 41 blood elf warlock. Very strong too.

after work, i sat on the bus 124. very fun too. got old uncles smiling at him. they are so friendly. i feel loved.

i went home and took a nice bathe. wow nice bath i had. i came out of the bathe all fresh and nice smelling. after that, i talked to ppl on msn. we had very good conversations. i feel my social life being fufilled. then, i ate dinner. just finished dinner, very nice dinner. den i blogged.

first thing i am about to say is: "really i dont blog den the class blog become dead =.=" you guys can post actually, dont have to wait for me to post up an epic post.

The past week has been fun, with FoS and Sabbaticals. Though our class dint win anything, but nvm laxing bbq man. we're still going strong.
Sabbats for me.... has been... i could say an enjoyable experience? with flirtmon and his flirtics, as well as his flirt victims, i guess things could not get anything more interesting.

last day of lessons for us we had a gosu event... for CT session mrs phee organised a class bonding session for us, so we each had a green paper whereby we had to write words of encouragement for our PROMOS... its really amazing how something is able to affect how we do things with and in our lives. the "something" i'm mentioning here is referring to our Promotional Exams (which is coming in 8days, as mrs phee's msn nick never fails to remind me.)

we are beginning to see great changes in our classmates, as one by one they all fall claim to the evil hands of promos!

the idea and concept of this post started when victor suggested to me that i do one abt how promos have changed us, after hearing weets demand that we mug instead of playing captn's ball with s6B (which before i knew abt that, i demanded that we mug too).

hey all,
today (or rather ystdy) was the athena outing to the RSAF open house 08 (also known as OH08). anyways, today was a nice change from usual lessons we have in the afternoon, so it was pretty fun. from jet planes to helicopters, we pretty much saw what the RSAF had in stall for us, including a playstation 3 booth, a whole food court with expensive (><) food. i'm not sure about everyone, but i just sticked around the performance hanger to see the RSAF music and dance band do some stuff, wasnt too bad, dancers were kinda =.= and the singing wasnt half bad. meanwhile... jonyeo fell in love with a certain singer. anyways this whole experience had left us with much insights.

omg! what had happened during the open house that had left bob in very very very very very deep thought? or was he just sleepy?

the week's been realli draggy, for me theres realli nth to look forward to at all (besides wcg). received my bt results via post, apparently my parents werent too happy abt it (surprise!)
anyways the funny thing that happen was that my mother actually thought it was a fake, with some cheap looking envelope and handwritten address, looks v un-hwachongish, but there we have, a yellow paper with a few letters on it that decide your general happiness and future etc.

well, the feeling at being the btm for everything is realli not a good feeling, it totally sucks.

i realised, over the course of many acronyms we have made in our life, we have given rise to alot of misunderstandings. do not mistaken me, i'm not anti-acronym. but afterall, acronyms are meant to simplify things, but yet it gives rise to many and countless understandings. LOL <-- for instance, is an acronym so

anyways, a certain choir girl from 64 (gawd knows who)
asked me about my previous blogpost, "what is R&R?"
R&R = Rest & Relaxation, i thought it was a pretty obvious.
but the CCGF64 (acronym for certain choir girl from 64), who was possessed by schoolwork and as such, actually thought R&R was something related to PW =.=

i can imagine her getting really freaked out after imbaing the choir world, missing around 1 weeks worth of work, trying to catch up, and realised she din noe she had to do her R&Rs.

anyways it brings to mind some other acronyms or shortcuts we made along in life, such as our blocks results.

when ppl ask you, "what are your blocktest results?"
we would no doubt, try and act cool and form up a realli imba word with ur results, such as "ABUSE". instead of saying A B U S E, we use ABUSE.

so i decided to play a trick on my frens... when my fren asked me wad are my blocktest results, i said
